We are embarking on a journey that will change us forever- our first international retreat!
Along with 11 other incredible individuals, we are headed to the island of Sicily to embrace the culture, connect with the Earth and make time for community and self care.
We will be hosted at the Sicilian Spirit in the Madonie mountain range and we cannot wait to explore the beaches, nourishment, history and the legacy of Sicily.
