Lonesome Lake Immersion Retreat

The Winter Wonderland Day Retreat Of Your Dreams

Join Erika and Domenic in the White Mountains to explore the trails, the silence of winter and beauty of the hut settled in between the notch.

This experience is different than any of our other day hikes before.

Come along for an epic adventure through the forest and hills meant to leave you feeling grounded

and supported. After our 1.6 mile trek through the trail, we will be greeted by the breathtaking view of Lonesome Lake located in the heart of the White Mountains in Fraconia Notch.

What To Expect:

We will explore around the lake and visit the famous AMC hut to set ourselves up, warm up and have a bite to eat.

Once nestled in the hut, we will go over some group shares, journaling and meditation prompts. Based on weather these may be done in front of the lake or nice in cozy in the hut with a cup of tea.

This is one of the most serene settings in the notch and we will be practicing forest bathing to soak up all of it’s power.

This retreat is different than any other day retreat out there because we are fully immersed in the wilderness.

We are so thankful to offer it to all folks of all levels of experience in the outdoors.
