Paddle + Mindfulness Adventure W/ Forest Society

In Collaboration with The Society For The Protection Of Forests, We are pleaed to offer you a mindfulness paddle adventure for all!

Join us for an early evening paddle in Concord, NH for one of our paddle sessions that is all about taking your time, practicing your skills and slowing down with community! We will be offering a short meditation during second half of our adventure and lots of tips and tricks to strengthen your paddle practice! No Experience Necessary

Once you have booked, you will receive an email with the location and parking instructions.

  • Please prepare to pay sliding scale minimum of $15 upon arrival via cash or Venmo @rootedrosereceation (cash / check is preferred )

Must haves:

  • Water Bottle

  • Towel

  • Clothes you don’t mind getting wet
